The one bedroom unit contains either a king or queen bed and a single sleeper sofa, and can accommodate a maximum of four guests. The two bedroom unit contains either a queen or king bed in the first bedroom, two double beds or one double and one twin bed in the second bedroom, and a single sleeper sofa in the living room; it can accommodate a maximum of six guests.

Full payment with a major credit card is due at the time of booking.
Cancellations made less than 72 but 24 or more hours prior to arrival date will be charged a $10 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival date will be charged a $10 processing fee plus one night's room and tax.
There are no room charges for children 2 and younger when occupying the same room as their parents.
Three adults are included in the rate for the one bedroom unit and four adults are included in the rate for the two bedroom unit. Each adult thereafter is $20 per adult per night.
Rollaway beds are available for $20 per night (the cost is included in the extra adult charge). They are subject to availability and should be requested at the time of booking.
